Performance Training

REACH ATHLETICS currently offers three Performance Training packages: Sports & Athlete Training, Inner Athlete and Resistance Training. Package 1

Want to become a pro or be consider one of best at your sport? This program will improve your performance, build strength and power. Our trainers will identify and address areas of weakness to help decrease potential injury.

REACH ATHLETICS will focus on athlete's goals for enhancing strength, power, speed, agility, quickness and reaction time. A personalized program will focus on improving abilities in your respective sport. Trainers offer focused one-on-one training, group training and team sports at all levels.

Package 2

Want to train like the pros? Want to release the inner athlete? REACH ATHLETICS offers the Inner Athlete program. This program is designed for the every day person that has that fire within to feel and look like the professionals.

Also a great program for ex-athletes who never played a sport and/or always wanted to feel athletic. Team REACH trainers will design a program specifically for you; one that will make you look and feel like an athlete. Get ready to unleash the athlete within.

Package 3

REACH ATHLETICS Resistance Training program is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. During a resistance training workout, your limbs move against resistance provided naturally by your body weight, gravity, bands, weighted bars or dumbbells. 

You can expect your body to get stronger, tighter and leaner.  Participating in this form of training will result in having an easier time moving through daily living activities because your muscles now move much more efficiently.
