Young Adults (13-18 years of age) will meet every Wednesday from 7pm - 8pm. Come prepared to work hard and hone your skills, ultimately making you a better all-around baller.
Weekly 1-hour session focuses on a different skill. Athletes will work on: shooting, closing out on a defender, dribbling, defense and offensive drills, speed, basketball IQ classroom settings, basketball fundamentals and strength and conditioning.
